Salon 814 Main is located in the heart of a beautiful, small town called Pella. We are here to do everything safely and teach you how to maintain it with confidence. We use top of the line tools, hair, and skin products to give you the best results. Along with our long list of services that we specialize in, we also offer Halo hair extensions and spray tans.
Our stylists and estheticians are here to uplift your confidence, beauty, and help you feel refreshed. Nicolette Mitchell
Hair Stylist
Nicolette is an accomplished hair stylist as she has worked behind the chair since 2007. She opened Salon 814 Main in 2019 with intentions to create the salon environment she felt was missing in Pella. She and her husband did a complete remodel on the salon and spa.
Thorough consultations are a priority to her, to ensure you are getting the best possible results you are looking for. The connection with guests while in her chair and the confidence they have when they leave is one of the favorite parts of her job. Nicolette specializes in hair color, especially soft/ lived in colors. Her favorite product lines are L'anza & IGK.
When Nicolette isn't behind the chair she enjoys spending time with her husband, Jay and their three daughters, Baya, Amelle & Hollyn. They love fellowship with friends and family & being outdoors.

Michelle Zimmerli
Esthetician
I have been an Esthetician since 2009. I specialize in facials and have a passion for skin care. I use only Murad skincare products because their brand believes skincare is healthcare and their products are non-toxic and cruelty free. Knowing you have clean, healthy skin not only makes you feel more confident and beautiful but you live better!
In my free time I enjoy creating watercolor art, spending time with my family, and spoiling Ace, our 1 year old Yorkie!

Morgan Fifer
Hair Stylist
Morgan is a young stylist new to this ever changing industry! She loves keeping up on all of the latest trends, and taking on all of the new ideas her clients bring to her. She has a very outgoing personality, and will always be sure to treat you like a friend in and out of her chair. Morgan loves how her work can completely change not just how people look, but how they feel about themselves. She offers all services, but her favorite to specialize in is blonding and lived in color. When not in the salon, you can find Morgan spending time with all of her friends and family.

Mallory Dejong
Hair Stylist
As the daughter of a stylist, Mallory grew up in the hair industry! Over the course of her career, she developed a love for coloring hair and making people feel their best. She listens, understands, and has an eye for personalizing each of her client’s ideal look. What she loves most is making her clients feel happy, beautiful and confident as soon as they walk in and out of the salon.

Jaylin Morgan
Esthetician
Jaylin has been with Salon 814 Main since October of 2021. She graduated from PCI Academy’s Esthetician program in July of 2021 and has been serving the Pella area since. She enjoys performing all services in her field, but her favorites are facials and lash lift & tints.

Lindsey Branderhorst
Hair Stylist
Lindsey is a stylist that has been working behind the chair since 2011.

When Lindsey is not doing hair behind the chair, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Nathan and her two daughters, Blakely and Delanley. She loves being outdoors and hanging out with friends and family.
